You upload old CAD or BIM files from building projects you own the rights to. We review them for completeness, and if approved, you receive payment. Your data is then licensed to AI companies and researchers who need real architectural datasets for training and development.

Is it legal to upload my old project files? ▼

Yes. As the creator, you retain copyright on your drawings. As long as you remove personal data (client names, addresses, sensitive info) and own the rights to the work, sharing anonymized project data is completely legal.

What happens to my designs? Will someone copy them? ▼

Your files are used for AI training and research, not for direct construction. Our terms explicitly prohibit using your design to build a replica. Data buyers are interested in aggregated learning from thousands of files, not copying individual designs.

Which file formats are accepted? ▼

We accept all common CAD and BIM formats: DWG, DXF, RVT, RFA, IFC, PLN, VWX, SKP, and more. Older file versions are no problem. Our system can handle format conversion automatically.

Do I need to clean up my files before uploading? ▼

No cleanup required. You don’t need to rename layers, organize references, or reformat anything. The AI is interested in geometry and spatial relationships, not perfect documentation standards. Just remove client names and zip your files.

How much can I earn? ▼

Up to €10 per approved building dataset. The exact amount depends on file completeness and project type. Payouts are processed weekly via bank transfer or digital payment. One architect uploaded 8 projects in an afternoon and earned €80.

Can students participate? ▼

Absolutely. If you created the work yourself (not as an employee of a firm), your student projects, thesis work, and competition entries are all eligible. Those award winning semester projects that never earned a cent? They’re valuable here.

What about projects I did as an employee? ▼

Work done as an employee typically belongs to the employer. You should either get permission from the firm, or focus on projects where you clearly own the rights (personal projects, freelance work, student work, or projects where you were the principal).
